Welcome to Robin Hill.  I grew up in the small town of Cromwell, Oklahoma where my parents still reside on their peaceful farm. My husband, Adam Baughman, is retired Air Force and my biggest supporter. I have 4 children ranging from 12-19 years old.  I have been in education for 23 years and I'm honored to be a Robin Hill Warrior. My educational career started in the high school math classroom and gymnasium at Claremore High School. After 7 years as a Zebra, I became a Ponca City Wildcat for 4 years. I transitioned to an administration role in my 12th year of being an educator at Butner Public School, my alma mater. This will be my 7th year at Robin Hill as an administrator. We focus on a positive school culture and respect. Robin Hill is a special place and I hope you love our little country school!
